Als (Senior) People Business Partner (d/w/m) betreust du unsere Fachbereiche strategisch und operativ. Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte, wenn es um Personalfragen, Change-Prozesse oder Organisationsentwicklung geht. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Bereichen People Operations, Recruiting sowie Learning & Development zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte in den dir zugeteilten Units bei Personal-, Führungs- und Teamentwicklungs-Fragen
Beratung bei Change-Prozessen, Konflikten und Organisationsentwicklung
Unterstützung bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Entscheidungsprozessen
Begleitung von Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen
Unterstützung in der Personalplanung sowie im Performance- und Talentmanagement
Optional: Mitarbeit an Lern- und Entwicklungsprogrammen für die ganze Gruppe

Das bringst du mit

Du hast bereits als People/HR Business Partner gearbeitet und bringst, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld, mehrjährige Erfahrung mit
Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht
Du arbeitest gern strategisch, aber bringst ebenso eine Hands-On-Mentalität mit und setzt Dinge pragmatisch um
Empathie und Klarheit in der Kommunikation zeichnen dich aus sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
Du hast Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit und interkultureller Kommunikation
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have

Du hast Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Learning & Development-Initiativen

Your mission

We are looking for an empathetic and solution-oriented individual who is excited to join us in driving the development of our People topics – with the goal that all employees feel proud to be part of the ITA Logistics Group. Our People & Relations team currently consists of five amazing colleagues and our sweet office dog, Holly. Together, we passionately and professionally support our colleagues across all units.

Your role

As a (Senior) People Business Partner (f/m/d), you will provide both strategic and operational support to our business units.You will be the first point of contact for managers when it comes to personnel matters, change processes, and organizational development. You will work closely with our People Operations, Recruiting, and Learning & Development teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

Act as a sparring partner for managers in your assigned units regarding personnel, leadership, and team development topics
Advise on change processes, conflict resolution, and organizational development
Support with labor law matters and decision-making processes
Accompany feedback and development conversations
Assist in workforce planning as well as in performance and talent management
Optionally: Contribute to learning and development initiatives for the entire group

What you need to succeed

Several years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment
Very good knowledge of German labor law
A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic working style
Strong empathy, clear communication skills, and a solution-oriented attitude
Enjoyment of international collaboration and intercultural communication
Excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English

Nice to have

Experience in designing and implementing Learning & Development initiatives
